4. Client advertising data and the Google Ads API
When a client engages us to manage their advertising, the client authorises Backtly Media to access their advertising accounts through the platforms' official interfaces and APIs — including the Google Ads API. We access this data solely to create, manage, optimise, and report on advertising campaigns on the client's behalf.
- We access only the data necessary to perform the agreed services.
- We do not sell, rent, or share client advertising data with unauthorised third parties.
- We handle all data obtained through the Google Ads API in accordance with the Google Ads API Policies and applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- A client may revoke our access to their advertising accounts at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics services (such as Google Search Console and web analytics) to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.
6. Sharing and third parties
